Real Life Disney Princesses

I came upon these amazing rendering by a graphic artist's rendering. I am amazed by Jirka Vaatainen's work. Growing up loving these Disney princesses, I have never imagined how they would look like if they were to brought into real life (well, aside from the Disney characters we find in Disneyland and ask their autographs). Jirka graduated from Arts University College at Bournemouth in the UK and had the creative idea using photo manipulation. His interpretation of the Disney princesses and one villain were created by combining the elements from different photos of women who resemble the characters and puts them together with digital painting. Amazing!

These are a couple of my favorites. To view the complete characters click here.

7 Days of Flowers: Day 1

Today is day one of my flower making week! This is a lotus I would imagine on a warm afternoon walking down the park with lily ponds.
A woman should be like a single flower, not a whole bouquet. ~Anna Held
Yes, so true. Every woman is unique and should be awed like a single flower. Her beauty will stand on her own. This is for all of you ladies out there. You are beautiful just the way you are!
Love yourselves.

Its All Around Us

In our life there is a single color, as on an artist's palette, which provides the meaning of life and art. It is the color of love. ~Marc Chagall
